VCompass Builders Program

The builders program is a rare opportunity offered to  interns allowing them to have a hands on experience building a one-of-kind platform.  

At the end of the program, successful builders will have the priority to be selected as employees and co-founders in VCompass. 

All you have to do is use the platform regularly and invite new users to build the early majority population of users.

The builders program serves a few vital purposes for VCompass to thrive, be the best, and stay the best.

1- VCompass is designed to be an exclusive invite only platform to protect it from potential abusers, fake accounts, and hackers.

2- The builders program is a viral growth engine that will ensure the continuous growth of the platform while maintaining control over the quality of its users.

3- Without the builders, VCompass will not be able to grow because it's designed to be an invite only platform. 

We have to ensure primary population of early adopters that would encourage others to try it, use it, love it, and keep using it. Who would want to use an empty invite only video chat platform ? 

University students who are either ENROLLED / GRADUATES

There is no limit for the number of years post graduation for a graduate, the older the better. 

1- Apply, however, your application is not a guarantee of your acceptance, you must meet the criteria. So apply anyways, if you never ask the answer will always be no!

2- After you get accepted, you must complete the objectives which will include: 

- Direct Marketing and Content Creation.

- Back-end operations and database building.

3- After reaching all milestones, you will receive your internship certificate and qualify as a potential employee or co-founder in VCompass.
